You will not be charged for rescheduling or canceling your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time and date. If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, no fee will be charged. However, cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fees, and cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 70% charge. No-show or no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the total service fees. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the salon as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
